Thang Le Sy has a strong background in software engineering and development. Thang started their career in 2014 as a Developer at Links and later worked as a Software Developer at Larion in 2015. In the same year, they joined Vinova Pte. Ltd. as a Team Lead, where they played a crucial role in developing various projects using Ruby on Rails and other common libraries. Thang also designed and developed Restful APIs, worked with search engines like Elasticsearch, and implemented database architecture for applications using different databases.

In 2019, Thang Le Sy joined Scommerce as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing their expertise in software development. Thang transitioned to Ahamove in 2020, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and later promoted to Lead Engineer in March 2022. Thang continues to excel in their current role, leading and guiding engineering teams.

Thang Le Sy attended the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they focused on IT-software, although they did not obtain a specific degree. In November 2020, Thang Le Sy obtained the certification of AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
