Bob Beattie is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project and senior management roles within the industry. Currently serving as a freelancer at A&H Construction & Developments Plc, Bob has previously held significant positions such as Senior Construction Manager at ISG, where work focused on the redevelopment of the Turning building. Expertise extends to managing a £15 million Category A fit-out for Caddick Construction Limited and overseeing modular home installations at ilke Homes. Bob has also demonstrated strong leadership as Senior Manager at Willmott Dixon, managing a complex multi-storey car park project, and senior management responsibilities for high-rise apartments with NEWRY CONSTRUCTION LTD. Academically, Bob holds a Higher National Certificate and Diploma in Construction Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and also completed a BTEC in Construction Engineering Technologies.
