Peter Horsten has worked in various roles in the technology and consulting industries since 2006. Peter began their career as a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Goyello Consulting & Software Solution Development, where they developed one of the first Webmerce SaaS solutions. In 2011, they Co-Founded Webmerce e-commerce solutions and in 2013, they Co-Founded FindLocalGift and FanTuner Social Commerce. In 2017, they took on the role of Board Member of the Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce and in 2018, they became VP Software Development Europe for Aspire Systems. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Business Advisor for INKUBIT and in 2021, they became Chief Growth Officer and Senior Business Advisor for AgUnity. Additionally, since 2008, they have been a Lecturer at the University of Gdansk.

Peter Horsten's education history includes a drs. (MA) in Social Sciences from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they obtained between 1995 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an ing. (BSc) in Electronics / Telematics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 1989 and 1993. Peter also attended Eindhoven University of Technology in 1988 and Dr. Schaepmancollege, Dongen between 1981 and 1988. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Life Coach from Mindvalley in June 2022 and is currently pursuing a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
