Donna Jolly has extensive work experience in the marketing field. Donna is currently the Director of Marketing at the American Gem Society since July 2011. In this role, they lead integrated marketing efforts and is responsible for creating and implementing the organization's strategy and brand vision. Donna also manages a campaign to grow website traffic.
Prior to this, Donna was the Founder of Interact Social Media from January 2009 to September 2011, where they provided strategic marketing services and content creation for various industries, including the jewelry industry. Donna successfully quadrupled the Facebook fan base for Hearts On Fire Diamonds.
From April 2003 to January 2009, Donna worked as the Director of Marketing at AGS Laboratories, where they directed the international marketing program and collaborated with the CEO and Board of Directors.
Donna also has experience as a Freelance Writer at UBS Global Asset Management from 2007 to 2008, a Copywriter at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino from October 2002 to October 2003, and a Communications Manager/Project Manager at Barclays Global Investors from 2000 to 2003.
Donna Jolly holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Millsaps College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including a Digital Marketing Fundamental Professional Certificate from The University of Vermont Continuing and Distance Education in April 2020 and a Google Analytics certification from Google Analytics Academy in May 2017. Donna is also a Registered Jeweler certified by the American Gem Society, a certification they obtained in March 2014. Donna Jolly has further obtained several recertifications from the American Gem Society in July 2021.
