Mark S. Brooks currently serves as the Managing Director of FMC Ventures, leading investments in innovative startups that are transforming agriculture and food production. With a robust background in venture capital and strategic partnerships, Mark has held various board positions across multiple agricultural technology companies, including SOLASTA Bio, AgroSpheres, and Micropep Technologies. Previously, Mark was an Investment Manager at Syngenta Group Ventures, where strategic initiatives in AgTech and sustainability were developed, and Associate Director at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, where a startup accelerator was pioneered. Mark holds an MBA and a B.S. in Meteorology from North Carolina State University.
