Alexandre Steffen is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a robust background in operational management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Gerente de Logística, S&OP e Comex at Agropalma since January 2019, Alexandre manages a logistics process involving 1 million tons per year and oversees a strategic team of six direct coordinators and sixty indirect reports. Previously, from June 2016 to December 2018, Alexandre worked at Seara Alimentos L, where the development of MPS and S&OP processes led to a 7% reduction in stock shortages. Alexandre's career began at Bunge Alimentos, where Alexandre held the position of Gerente de Planejamento for over two decades, successfully reformulating cost negotiation models that resulted in significant savings and efficiency improvements. Alexandre holds a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering from FURB - Universidade de Blumenau and a degree in Business Administration from Centro Educação Superior Blumenau.
