Tina M. is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Group Treasury Director at Fortenova grupa since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing treasury activities for group subsidiaries and optimizing business processes. Tina has also held the position of Director of Treasury at TISAK and Head of Finance and Accounting at Prvi faktor d.o.o. Additionally, Tina serves on the Supervisory Board of Agrolaguna d.d. and is a Member of the Management Board at Kor-Broker, while also holding Deputy Chairman roles at TISAK and Pik Vrbovec until September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at PwC Croatia and PwC Deutschland focusing on financial audits and consulting for banking and capital markets. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Zagreb and a Diplom Betriebswirtin in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Hamburg.
