Osama Emara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural business management and development across the Middle East and East Africa. Currently serving as Country Manager at AgroFresh since February 2022, Osama previously held roles such as Crop Protection & Public Health Line Manager at Samtrade-Unifert Misr/seeds and Commercial Manager for Gulf & East Africa at Deltachem. Additionally, experience includes positions as Commercial Manager at Fert Land for Trading and Agriculture and Business Development Manager for North East Africa & Middle East at Dow AgroSciences. Osama has a solid foundation in marketing and sales from earlier roles at Syngenta and Samtrade. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Plant Protection and Integrated Pest Management from Cairo University and further coursework in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
