Joshua Hicken is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Founding Customer Success Manager at Agriful Software since January 2025. Previously, Joshua co-founded TheySaid and held the position of Head of Customer Success, where the focus was on leveraging AI for customer marketing strategies from January 2023 to January 2025. Prior experience includes being the Head of Customer Success at 'nuffsaid, which centralized team communications, and serving as the Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at GitPrime, which provided insights for software engineering teams. Joshua began a career in customer experience research at UserTesting from December 2013 to November 2016. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
