Ludovic Spiers is an experienced executive in the agricultural and agri-food sectors, currently serving as Directeur général at Agrial Groupe since 2010. Ludovic has played a pivotal role in supporting member farmers in the valorization and marketing of their production through a cooperative structure, managing 150 production sites across 12 countries. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur de la coopérative at Agrial Groupe from 2000 to 2009 and holding various leadership roles at AGRALCO from 1988 to 2000, including Directeur de l'agrofourniture et des céréales and Directeur des Systèmes d'Information. Educational background includes an engineering degree from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, and preparatory studies at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève.
