Poja Daroui has extensive experience in leadership, sales, and business development, currently serving as Business Area Manager for Innovation, Design & Communication at HiQ since March 2003. Daroui has managed teams of skilled professionals in UX design, software development, and digital marketing, and has held various roles within HiQ, including key account management in the Media, Gaming, and Entertainment sectors, as well as redefining the offshore model for client services. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Sony Ericsson and Scania AB, focusing on software quality assurance and system testing. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Service Platform Design Engineer at Orange Sverige AB and teaching mathematics and physics at IT-Gymnasiet. Poja Daroui holds a Master of Science in Digital Signal Processing and Communications from Mälardalen University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management.
