Matt Shears is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both sports and technical fields. Since February 2014, Matt has served as a Trainer/Scout at Shears Sports Connection, specializing as a Basketball Trainer/Manager and Professional Talent Scout. Concurrently, since October 2010, Matt has worked as a Plant Engineer/Technician at Pigeon Telephone Co., handling responsibilities such as field coordination, purchase orders, fiber splicing, fiber locating, and site services. Additionally, Matt has been a Team Leader at Avci.Net since October 2010, overseeing field operations. Educationally, Matt attended The University of Kansas, focusing on General Business and Marketing, and holds an Associate’s Degree from St. Clair County Community College in Sports Medicine.
