Alvento Chandler Sr. serves as the Racetrack/Investigations Manager for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since May 2024, focusing on licensing, enforcement, and investigations. From August 2021, Chandler has worked as a Group Facilitator at Erie Family Center and previously held the role of Project Coordinator for the City of Erie PA, where efforts were coordinated among residents, organizations, and law enforcement to enhance community safety. With a background as a Special Investigator for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a history in various leadership positions, including Regional Community Corrections Director and roles on multiple boards, Chandler has notable experience in criminal justice. An alumnus of PennWest Edinboro, Chandler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
