Cristy Buttars is a Natural Resource Analyst at AgReserves, Inc. since July 2022, overseeing a portfolio of water assets across Utah farms and ranches while creating and revising Water Management Plans. Previously, Cristy served the State of Utah for nearly a decade, holding roles including Program Specialist/Team Leader for Water Rights Adjudication, where leadership involved managing claims and conducting field investigations, and Engineering Technician II & III, which focused on reviewing water user claims and preparing documentation. Additionally, Cristy worked as an Executive Assistant at Humana, providing high-level administrative support to the President of Commercial Sales across multiple states. Education includes a BA in Social Sciences from Brigham Young University and coursework at Utah Valley University.
