Evan Matzner has been working in the real estate industry since 1994. Evan started by working as a General Partner at Oliphant Matzner LLC, where they were involved in all aspects of the real estate development and construction business. In 2011, they became the Owner of their own business and started working as a Sales Associate at Cornerstone Properties, where they handled Farm and Ranch sales in the Texas Hill Country. In 2017, they became the Chief Operating Officer at TKO Farms, Inc., where they oversaw the purchase of the farm. In 2019, they joined Agravitae, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, where they provided daily leadership for state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation and extraction facilities in Southern California.

Evan Matzner attended Fullerton Junior College from 1982 to 1983, where they studied General Studies.
