Johnny Smets is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Vision Officer, Teamcoach of the management team, Chief Energie Officer, and General Manager at Inetum-Realdolmen. Previously held positions include Managing Director for Application & Infrastructure Services and Outsourcing - Innovation, and Managing Director for Hybrid Cloud, IT outsourcing, Products & Licenses. Johnny has also served as Executive Vice President at Inetum and as a Board Member of the Agoria Digital Industries Committee. Additionally, Johnny contributes to ETION as a member of the Sounding Board about Leadership and is affiliated with KU Leuven as a Fellow of the HogenHeuvelcollege. Educational achievements include a Masterā€™s Degree in Economics - IT and a Specific Teacher Training in Economics, both from Europese Hogeschool Brussel.
