Deborah Orzech has a long history of work experience in marketing and communication roles. Deborah began their career in 2008 as a French private teacher. In 2012, they held an internship as a Communication intern at Adom Santé. In 2014, they became a Marketing Specialist at Special Needs Essentials. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Marketing Manager at TalkTools, where they developed a growth hacking strategy in collaboration with the CEO, created a branding strategy, launched 10 new products per year, designed an annual catalog, and planned the most profitable campaigns in the company's history. In 2019, they also worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Deborah Eve Marketing. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Directrice Marketing et Communication at Groupe Aurlom Éducation. Currently, they are the Content Marketing Manager at AgoraPulse.
Deborah Orzech achieved their French Baccalauréat in Economics from Lycée Georges Leven in 2007. Deborah then obtained their BAFA (French license for camp counselors) from the Minister of Youth Affairs, Sports and Associative Life in 2008. In 2011, they obtained their CAFD (French certificate for camp directors) from the same institution. Deborah then went on to obtain their Bachelor's degree in Applied Modern Literature from Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2011, followed by their Master's degree in Marketing from EM Strasbourg Business School in 2013.
