Vania Naomi Hutagalung is a professional with extensive experience in account and business management across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Account Manager at Glints since June 2022, Vania focuses on building trust with existing accounts and guiding new customers through onboarding. Previously, Vania was a Business Development Executive at Hello Sehat, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare access in Indonesia. Vania has also held leadership roles at AIESEC, including Local Head Director, where responsibilities included managing a cross-functional team, and has experience in financial oversight as Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Vania has engaged communities through program leadership at Campaign.com. Vania's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Universitas Sumatera Utara and additional studies in Business Administration and Management at Diponegoro University.
