Rhea Ramachandran is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for senior management roles across global organizations. Currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Agoda since November 2022, Rhea is responsible for hiring senior management positions globally from Bangkok. Prior to Agoda, Rhea worked at H&M Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where a focus was placed on Diversity and Inclusion while scaling the India Tech center. Rhea's tenure at Deloitte India saw significant growth in the Cloud business unit, effectively expanding the team from 300 to 2000 individuals over three years. Rhea began the career in talent acquisition at Infosys with a focus on recruitment planning and analytics and holds an MBA in HR and Finance from the Institute of Management Nirma University, complemented by a BSc in Statistics from St. Xaviers College Ahmedabad.
