Pallavi Baruah is an experienced talent sourcing professional with a diverse background in recruitment across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Talent Sourcing Lead at Agoda since September 2021, Pallavi previously held roles as Talent Sourcing Specialist and Talent Sourcer at Gartner, where responsibilities included managing referrals and stakeholder engagement across APAC, ANZ, and EMEA regions. Prior to this, Pallavi worked as a Senior Executive in Decision Analytics at EXL and as a Recruiter within Accenture's Capability Network, focusing on talent acquisition strategies, diversity hiring, and facilitating interviews. Pallavi began a career in talent sourcing with a role focused on Talent Supply Mapping and interned within the Global Sourcing and Innovation Team at Accenture. Pallavi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Hindu College, University of Delhi, an MBA in Human Resources from New Delhi Institute of Management, and a high school education in Humanities from The Assam Valley School.
