Ravindra is currently a co-founder and the Chief Product Officer at Aglint Inc., where they lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies to drive growth and success. Prior to this, Ravindra served as an investor, advisor, and coach at Figmatic, contributing to the company's growth and success. Ravindra also founded and served as the CEO of Shopgro, a successful local SEO product company, where they raised venture capital investment and led sales, marketing, and business development efforts.

Ravindra has also held positions at Flock as the Director of Product, where they led cross-functional teams, conducted market research, and utilized data-driven decision-making processes to improve product performance. Ravindra co-founded and served as a director at CognitiveClouds, providing innovative digital solutions to clients, and at Sourcebits LLC, where they led the development of user experiences for various digital products. Earlier in their career, Ravindra worked as a Lead Engineer at ABOVE - A Bunch Of Versatile Entrepreneurs, providing technical leadership and direction for web-based applications, and as a Team Lead at Wipro Technologies, leading the design and development of web-based applications.

Ravindra started their career as a Software Engineer at Reality Sage, where they developed and maintained web applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks. Throughout their career, Ravindra has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for entrepreneurship.

Ravindra Kanchikare completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University during the period of 1999 to 2003.
