Dimitri Georgacopoulos has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as Credit and Payments Manager and Affordability Manager at AGL since December 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing AGL's hardship program and managing a $6 million Energy Literacy Fund. Prior roles at AGL include Team Manager and Collections Engagement Manager, focusing on leadership, coaching, and enhancing customer experience. Before AGL, Dimitri worked at A&G Insurance Services from August 2007 to November 2011 as Team Leader in both the Customer Service and Sales departments, contributing to the establishment of a new Contact Centre. Dimitri holds a Diploma of Business Management from the Australian Institute of Management, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from Martin College.
