Lars MÃ¥nesand has over 20 years of experience in public transportation as a project leader, advisor, and change leader, currently serving as a Senior Projektkonsult at Agio System och Kompetens AB since June 2017. In addition, Lars has worked as a Senior Communications Consultant at Empero AB since 2011 and has provided mentorship and advisory services to various companies from August 2016 to 2017. Lars has undertaken projects in language proficiency issues within the public transport sector and has held management roles at Keolis Sverige AB, Storstockholms lokaltrafik, and G4S, among others. Lars's extensive background includes leading multiple projects, conducting business analyses, and providing crisis management support across approximately 80 different firms from 1994 to 2010.
