Shawn Young currently serves as the Vice President of Services at Agilysys, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Vice President of Strategy and Architecture at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. from October 2020 to March 2024. Shawn has accumulated extensive experience in the technology sector, having served as the Director of Information Technology and Director of Application Development at Tropicana Atlantic City between January 2018 and October 2020. From March 2016 to October 2017, Shawn held the role of Senior Director of Professional and Technical Services at Scientific Games, and prior to that, worked as the Director of Tech Services at Bally Technologies from October 2003 to October 2017. Shawn's early career included the role of Programming Manager at Recon Automotive and Senior Programmer at Logical Solutions International. Shawn holds a degree from Dowling College, where studies took place from 1990 to 1994.
