Joseph Schwegel has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Joseph is currently working as a Sales Engineer at Agilysys since September 2021. In this role, they review and evaluates hardware and software solutions, acts as a technical liaison for customers, and provides training and mentorship to internal employees.

Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Veras Retail from February 2019 to September 2021. At Veras Retail, they were responsible for providing solutions engineering expertise to clients.

Before Veras Retail, Joseph worked at Agilysys from July 2015 to February 2019 as an Implementation Solutions Specialist. In this role, they conducted onsite installations and training services, managed project tasks and communication, and produced detailed reports for customers and the project team.

Joseph has also gained experience in the hospitality industry. Joseph worked as the General Manager of Miss Ricky's at Virgin Hotels from October 2014 to July 2015. Prior to that, they were a Food & Beverage Consultant at Han Yue Lou - A Solis Managed Hotel for a short period in 2014.

In 2013, Joseph worked as the In-Room Dining Manager at Capella Singapore - Capella Hotel Group. Before that, they served as the Restaurant Manager at Wyndham Grand Chicago - Wyndham Hotel Group from October 2012 to August 2013. In this role, they managed multiple F&B operations, oversaw a team of service professionals, and handled various responsibilities including menu development, purchasing, inventory management, and organizing special events.

Joseph also gained experience as an Assistant Manager at The Peninsula Chicago's Lobby from May 2012 to October 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at Hotel 71 from June 2011 to May 2012. Joseph started their career in the hospitality industry as a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager at Sheraton Chicago - Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from June 2010 to June 2011.

Joseph Schwegel's education history began in 1998 when they obtained their High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Fountain Hills High School. Joseph then pursued further education at Scottsdale Community College from 2002 to 2004, earning an Associates degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. Following this, Joseph enrolled in Northern Arizona University from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration.
