Emina Ozegovic currently serves as an Implementation Specialist at Agilysys since October 2023. Additional roles include Assistant Outlets Manager at Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront and HSKP Supervisor at Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, where project management and team leadership were key responsibilities. Emina began a career in hospitality as a GSC Agent with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where customer service and guest satisfaction were paramount.
