Andreas Boedenauer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1994, they co-founded and served as President of Scotty Teletransport, a venture capital-funded video conferencing equipment manufacturing company. Andreas later expanded the company internationally through an IPO and established a US-based operation. From 1998 to 2002, they served as Executive Director of the Board for Scotty AG and secured additional funding. In 1999, they relocated to Atlanta and became President & CEO of Scottygroup of the Americas, Inc., where they sold customized communication products to US Department of Defense clients. In 2005, they became Executive Director of the Board for SCOTTY GROUP PLC and prepared the company for listing on the London Stock Exchange. Andreas then served as Director of Business Development at INP North America, Inc. from 2015 to 2018, where they established and managed special projects. Since 2019, Boedenauer has been the Chief Executive Officer of AGILOX North America, Inc., a company that develops and manufactures intelligent logistics robots. Additionally, from 2007 onwards, they have served as President of The Executive Consulting, Inc., providing a range of services for European companies entering the US market.
Andreas Boedenauer completed their education from 1978 to 1983 at HTBLA Wiener Neustadt, Austria, where they earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, in January 2014, they obtained a certification in VISTAGE Foundations of Chairing from VISTAGE International.
