Anastasia Lang is a corporate attorney with extensive experience in legal leadership roles across multiple organizations. As General Counsel at Agility Robotics since October 2024, Anastasia oversees legal matters for the company. Previously, Anastasia served as Chief Legal Officer at Magic Leap, advancing through various legal positions including SVP of Legal and Compliance and Associate General Counsel. Prior to this, Anastasia practiced law at Perkins Coie LLP, primarily focusing on corporate formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transfer transactions, contributing to the firm's recognition as the "2011 Firm of the Year for Venture Capital Law" by US News & World Reports. Education includes studies at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and Chapman University Fowler School of Law.
