Teresa Foster, CAE, is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in membership organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director and Board Member at Agile Alliance since March 2022, Teresa oversees operations for an international organization dedicated to Agile software development principles. Previously, Teresa held the role of Executive Director/CEO at the Restaurant Facility Management Association, leading a team and representing a community of 1,200 members. Additionally, Teresa was the Executive Vice President of BOMA Greater Dallas, managing a prominent membership organization for the commercial real estate industry, and served as Associate Executive Director at the National Athletic Trainers' Association for two decades. Teresa holds a degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at Arlington.
