Weronika Sikorska has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Weronika currently works as a Client Services Professional / HR Coordinator at AgileOne since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Amer Sports Corporation as an HRSS Specialist with German from November 2020 to August 2021, where they provided support to 450 employees in personnel data management, absence management, and document creation. Weronika also has experience at Lufthansa Group Business Services in several roles, including HR Specialist, Benefit Administrator in the Social Fund Committee, Member of Expert Team, HR Advisor, and Junior HR Advisor. Weronika was with Lufthansa from December 2014 to November 2020. In addition, they served as a Teamleader of Future Academy at Wiosna Association from September 2017 to June 2018. Weronika also has customer service experience as a Customer Service Executive with German at Serco from April 2014 to October 2014. Furthermore, they were a Teamleader of the Incoming & Outgoing group at IAESTE Poland from January 2013 to February 2014. Lastly, Weronika worked as a Tourist guide at Jaskinia Wierzchowska Górna from November 2008 to December 2009.

Weronika Sikorska has a diverse education history, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Weronika then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same university from 2009 to 2013.

In 2012, Weronika Sikorska enrolled in the Uniwersytet Rolniczy im. Hugona Kołłątaja w Krakowie and completed a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Water and Sanitation Engineering in 2013. Following this, they pursued another Master's degree from AGH University of Science and Technology, this time in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnics and Underground Constructions, which they completed from 2013 to 2014.

Continuing their education, in 2020, Weronika Sikorska enrolled in postgraduate studies at Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera, specializing in Project Management.

Additionally, Weronika Sikorska has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Weronika obtained certifications in "Linkedin w Employer Brandingu i Rekrutacji" from HR Embassy in August 2020, "Design Thinking w biznesie" from Centrum Rozwoju Personalnego we Wrocławiu in July 2020, "Prince2 Foundation" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2020, "Zarządzanie zespołem pracowniczym" from Centrum Rozwoju Personalnego we Wrocławiu in May 2020, and "Prawo Pracy od Podstaw" from GoWork.pl in February 2020. Prior to this, they obtained certification in "AUTODESK Autocad 2014 Advanced" from Akademia Cad Consult in December 2013. Weronika Sikorska also obtained the "Goethe C1 Zentrale Mittelstufenprüfung" certification from Goethe-Institut e.V. in June 2008.
