Sribalaji S started working at Wipro BPS in May 2014 as a Senior Officer Data Analyst. They held this role until August 2016. In August 2016, they joined Agile-1 as a Business Analyst and the duration of this role is ongoing.

Sribalaji S has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bharathiar University. They also have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Kongunadu Arts and Science College. In addition to their degrees, Sribalaji S has obtained a certification in Robotic Process Automation from GUVI guvi.in in September 2020.
