Dale Durham is an accomplished leader in the aftermarket sales and technical support sector with extensive experience at Agilent Technologies since August 2018, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Aftermarket & Informatics Sales and previously as Senior Director of Aftermarket Sales. At PerkinElmer, Inc. since 2016, Durham holds the position of Senior Director of Global Services, Technical Support, and Training, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of a 1000+ member field service team and improving service margins.
