Kamara Michelle Cooper has extensive experience in the field of education, particularly in mathematics and professional development. Currently serving as the Senior Advisor of Professional Services and a Professional Development Consultant at Agile Mind since May 2014, Kamara focuses on enhancing the practices of teachers and leaders in districts across the United States. Previously, Kamara worked as a Secondary Mathematics Coach for Pinellas County Schools from January 2012 to June 2014, providing support to math teachers. Prior roles include Mathematics Department Chair at Gibbs Senior High School from 2010 to July 2012 and Math Teacher at Keswick Christian School from August 2006 to July 2009. Kamara earned a B.A. in Theater from Florida State University between 1989 and 1993.
