Thiago Tomio Takano is an experienced Development Manager with a robust background in quality assurance, team leadership, and project management within the technology and streaming video sectors. Currently at Agile Content, S.A. since May 2016, Thiago is responsible for creating and managing QA, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams in Brazil, overseeing multi-skilled teams on high-traffic video streaming projects. Prior roles include leading the quality area at LabOne Systems S/A and managing a global video platform project for Telefónica. With a diverse technical skill set encompassing automation, programming, and system architecture, Thiago has also developed both banking and entertainment systems throughout their career. Thiago holds an MBA in Project Management and is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in executive formation and competencies for C-Level from FIA Business School.
