Gary Kirkland has extensive experience in contracts and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Contracts & Procurement at A3T (Agil3 Technology Solutions) since November 2017. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Principal Contracts Administrator at NCI Information Systems from September 2006 to April 2022. Earlier career positions include Subcontracts roles at L-3 Titan from 2003 to 2006 and at Northrop Grumman from 1997 to 2000.
