Debora Lemes Tavares currently serves as the Head of ESG - EHSQ for Latin America at Aggreko, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Debora was the Head of ESG at Echoenergia Participações S.A. from 2021 to April 2024 and has extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety management with GE Renewable Energy and GE Healthcare between 2010 and 2020. Debora's career started at Golder Associates and includes significant roles at HOCHTIEF, Acucar Guarani S.A., and Multigrain, showcasing a robust background in EHS across various sectors. Debora holds an MBA in People Management & Sustainable Organization from USP, alongside multiple advanced degrees in Environmental and Health disciplines.
