Samuel Dixneuf is currently serving as Adjoint au maire en charge de la prévention de la tranquillité publique et de la sécurité, as well as Conseiller délégué au Patrimoine Art & Histoire and Cultural councillor for Ville d'Annecy, and holds the position of Public policies evaluation councillor at Grand Annecy since July 2020. As a co-founder and journalist at AIR coop (October 2018 - January 2024), Samuel has focused on content strategy consulting in areas such as CSR, cybersecurity, and education. Previous roles include Ethics of new technologies consultant at ICON-ONG, co-founder of BASE CAMP TRADING LTD, Language & Literature Teacher at Institut Florimont - Genève, and coordinator at Bondy Blog. Samuel's independent work through Dixneuf Consulting and freelance projects involved journalism, teaching, and content creation. Samuel holds a Doctorat in Littérature from Université Stendhal and has completed advanced degrees in English literature.
