Nicole Cuervo is the Founder and CEO of Springrose, established in July 2020, where the focus is on creating adaptive intimate apparel for women with limited mobility due to injury, illness, or disability. Nicole's extensive experience includes serving as a portfolio company with AgeTech Collaborativeâ„¢ from AARP and as a member at 1871. Previous roles include residency at The Garage at Northwestern, fellowship at Ballard Spahr LLP's BASE program, and engagement with Day One and The Garage at Northwestern as a Propel Fellow. Prior to these positions, Nicole was a consultant at Deloitte, specializing in customer strategy and applied design for government and public services. Nicole began professional endeavors at the Brown University Center for Careers and Life After Brown and interned with Visa in marketing strategy and planning. Educationally, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations from Brown University and a dual MBA and MS in Design Innovation from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, complemented by a study abroad program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
