Riccardo Zecchinelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic advisory roles and policy development. Currently serving as an Advisor for Industrial Programs at Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale since October 2022, Riccardo previously held the position of Senior Economist in the Chief Economist's Office at the Cabinet Office from October 2019 to August 2023. Other notable roles include Lead on Investment Analysis at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Senior Economist at Ofwat, and Policy Economist at NHS Improvement. Additionally, Riccardo has contributed to academia as a Visiting Fellow at Birkbeck, University of London, and served as a Research Assistant at IESE Business School. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Data Analytics for Government from UCL, studies in Competition and Market Regulation at Barcelona School of Economics, and a Master's in European Economy and Business Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
