Alex Leinweber is currently the Head of Customer Success at AgentSync. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of Sales & Customer Success at Ten-X Commercial from June 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they led sales development, account management and customer success teams with a focus on streamlining the customer journey. Alex has also worked as the Manager of Sales Operations at LegalZoom from September 2015 to June 2017 and as the Retention Manager of Customer Operations at Constant Contact from June 2009 to September 2015.

Alex Leinweber attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing at Colorado State University. They also have certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), as well as certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in Service Cloud Specialist.

Their manager is Robby Allen, Chief Revenue Officer.
