Dean Sherry currently serves as the Onboarding Team Lead at Agent Elite, Inc., a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing customer relationships during the implementation phase and developing metrics to assess the effectiveness of these implementations. Prior to this role, Dean Sherry was the Lifeguard Supervisor for the Township of Brick from May 2014 to October 2020, overseeing staff management, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining operational efficiency at beach facilities. Dean Sherry holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Rider University, completed in May 2020.
