Adrien Jelic serves as the Deputy CEO at Agenium Group since February 2018, while also contributing as a Partner in the EU investment team at Shizen Capital from January 2021. Jelic has held Non Executive Board Member positions at smartpush from September 2019 to December 2022 and at Kang.fr from October 2018 to January 2021. Prior experience includes leading the Corporate Law department at BLACKSTONE Société d'avocats from July 2015 to February 2018. Jelic's educational background features degrees in Corporate Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Corporate Tax Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, and Finance & Tax Law for Lawyers from ESCP Business School, along with current studies at Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) for an Auditeur degree.
