Andrew Lake is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at AgencyEngine since August 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew co-founded Love, AI in January 2024 and developed 'Love, your Garden', an innovative AI application for agricultural data management. From October 2021 to January 2024, Andrew held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Paystone, where responsibilities included guiding the technical direction and leading major system design initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Software Engineer at NiceJob Inc from July 2018 to October 2021, where Andrew played a pivotal role in significant revenue growth and company acquisition. Andrew also founded TheHockeyPro, a company focused on video analysis in the sports sector, participating in the Waterloo Accelerator.
