Nicole Perman has a range of work experience in various organizations. Nicole started their career as an intern at KHQ-TV in 2018 and later interned at the Spokane International Film Festival. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Account Executive at 42West. From 2020 to 2021, they served as an Executive Assistant at DATTNER, DISPOTO AND ASSOCIATES, INC. In 2021, they joined A3 Artists Agency as an Assistant to a Senior Agent, and in 2023, they became an Assistant to The Global Head of Talent at APA Agency.

Nicole Perman pursued their education at Gonzaga University from 2015 to 2019. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on Integrated Media and Public Relations.
