Haley K. Holmer, PhD MPH, currently serves as an Investigator at the Scientific Resource Center for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality since June 2021. Previously, Haley held the position of Epidemiologist with the World Health Organization from February 2020 to April 2021, contributing to COVID-19 Emergency Response efforts. Additionally, Haley was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center to Improve Veteran Involvement in Care (CIVIC) and served as a Research Associate and Project Manager at Oregon Health & Science University from November 2009 to November 2012. Early career experiences include roles such as Program Coordinator for Community Health Initiatives at the Indigenous Education Foundation of Tanzania and Monitoring & Evaluation Fellow for HIV Prevention with Grassroot Soccer in South Africa. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Epidemiology from Oregon Health & Science University, an MPH in International Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a BA in Neuroscience from Middlebury College.
