Christine Chang is a Medical Officer at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, a position held since August 2009. Previously, Christine served as a physician and instructor at Cure International Hospital in Afghanistan, providing patient care and training to Afghan family physicians in 2008. Additional experience includes a role as a researcher for the Provincial Hospital Assessment Project under the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in early 2008, and as a staff physician at Soteria Family Health Center from 1999 to 2007. Christine has also worked at Cure International Hospital as a physician and clinical instructor in 2006. Christine holds an MPH in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University (2007-2008), an MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine (1991-1995), and a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago (1987-1991).
