Thomas GABRIEL is an experienced professional currently serving as Délégué Régional Adjoint and Chargé d'études et de développement at AGEFIPH since December 2011. In this role, Thomas focuses on the development and monitoring of local initiatives aimed at integrating individuals with disabilities into the workforce, managing consultations, implementing calls for tenders, and coordinating partner networks. Prior to AGEFIPH, Thomas worked as a Conseiller Spécialisé at CIPH 64, where responsibilities included establishing enhanced support services for disabled workers and aiding in employment and training strategies. Thomas holds a Mastère spécialisé in management of innovative health structures from KEDGE Business School, as well as qualifications in project management and a Master’s degree in work and organizational psychology from Université de Bordeaux.
