Alicia Wright is a seasoned professional in the fields of learning, capability, and inclusion, currently serving as Senior Manager Learning, Capability & Inclusion at VMCH since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia held various positions at Mercy Health Australia from August 2012 to June 2023, culminating in the role of Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager. Alicia's earlier experience includes serving as a Committee Member for the Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) in 2018 and working at Ticketmaster as a Contact Centre Agent and at the Australian Football League as an intern. Alicia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business from Monash University, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from MRWED Training and Assessment, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business and Arts, also from Monash University.
