Ijeoma Opara is an experienced health care and culinary professional with a diverse background in both healthcare and hospitality. Currently serving as a Health Care Aide at AgeCare since March 2022 and a Cook at the Downtown Eastside Women Center since January 2021, Ijeoma has developed a strong skill set in care and food services. Previous roles include Auxiliary 3rd Cook at The University of British Columbia, Registered Care Aide at Cascade Gardens Care Corp Senior Home, and Line Cook at the Distillery bar + Kitchen. Ijeoma holds a Diploma of Education as a Health Care Assistant from Sprott Shaw College and has additional diplomas in Hospitality Administration/Management and Culinary Arts, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the University of Abuja.
