David Garratt is an experienced Labour Relations professional with a robust background in collective bargaining and employee relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Labour Relations at AgeCare since August 2022, David leads negotiations and implements renewal agreements, while coaching management on various trends and risks. Previously, David held key positions at Revera Inc., including Director of Labour and Employment, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Labour and Employment Centre of Expertise. David also served as Regional Director of Labour Relations at Bethany Care Society, demonstrating significant expertise in union relations and grievance management over a twelve-year tenure. David's career began at Air Canada, where foundational HR practices were established, contributing to the integration of HR teams. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from McGill University.
